Moving?"

Well, If I don't get another boat, I don't need a "barn" to store the boat in.
And if I don't have a barn I don't need a lawn tractor to mow four acres.
And if I don't have four acres to mow I don't need the 18 acres I have now.

So, I may just as well move to some place that needs less work.

What do you think?
PS. I would find real good new owners.
