Not that it matters, to me anyways, but why not put a Porta-Potty 

at the boat launch at Fort Niagara? There used to be one at the 

south ramp, before they had the rest rooms installed. 

I understand why the rest rooms are closed in the winter.

No heat would mean frozen pipes. Understood.

What are you going to do if mother nature calls?

Now just one Porta-Potty would do for the winter.
